How to Initiate a Return

Damages and Structural Issues

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
